The Supply Chain Analyst will be supporting the leading the team that manages distribution supply chain across multiple micro-brands. They will work closely with micro-brand business teams, procurement team and senior management to spearhead inventory flows across a tiered supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Purchase Order Management
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with procurement and inventory planning teams.
Monitor POs for accuracy, delivery timelines, and adherence to committed required dates (CRDs).
2. Inbound Shipment and Delivery Oversight
Create and manage inbound shipments aligned with POs.
Monitor 3PL partners and coordinate inbound deliveries to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
Track delivery performance and escalate any discrepancies.
3. Supplier Coordination and Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding PO updates, delays, or escalations.
Proactively follow up with suppliers for expedited orders or production status updates.
Address and resolve supply-related issues in collaboration with internal teams.
4. Quality and Inspection Support
Coordinate quality inspections upon delivery or prior to acceptance of goods.
Report and assist in the resolution of any quality discrepancies found during inspections.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Generate supply chain performance reports including PO status, supplier lead times, and inbound delivery metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving supply chain efficiency.
A successful tea
1+ years of relevant experience working in a data-driven role, Supply Chain exposure is a plus
3+ months in the digital commerce ecosystem is a plus
Advance proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.)
Problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Excellent business judgement and strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high energy/pace environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics/Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field
