Personal Virtual Assistant – Supplier Management / Quality / Data Analytics

Job Type: Part-time (4 hours/day, potential for more)
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:00 or 3:00 PM EST (Night shift in PH time)
Location: Remote – Philippines

About the Role:
I’m looking for a Personal Virtual Assistant to work directly with me on supplier management, quality, and supply chain projects. This role combines research, analytics, and documentation support. You’ll help me prepare presentations, track supplier data, organize SOP development, and assist with audit program coordination. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently on technical topics such as supplier quality, ISO 9001, and supply chain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations for supplier and quality projects.
• Perform data analytics in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, supplier metrics).
• Support SOP writing and development aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct research on supplier management, quality systems, and audit programs.
• Help coordinate supplier audit schedules, CAPA tracking, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and organize project files, trackers, and performance dashboards.
• Provide administrative and technical support as needed.

Qualifications:
• Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint.
• Background in Supplier Management, Supplier Quality, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, quality management systems, and audit programs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Experience working with executives or technical teams is an advantage.

Bonus Skills:
• Experience supporting audit programs for supply chain or quality.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools.
• Prior experience in biotech, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

Schedule & Commitment:
• Must be available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 or 3:00 PM EST (Philippine night shift).
• Starting at 4 hours per day, with the potential to increase hours based on performance and workload.
