We are in search of a committed, focused, and disciplined va, who is responsible/ dependable and can manage a CRM, generate quality leads, and follow up with the leads to book them in for their appointment.

With great Base pay, bonuses, and possible upside earning potential, this role will not be around long.

But in all honesty, the money is just a bonus for being able to work a high-performing team.

We are looking for someone who:

1. Must be Driven
2. Coachable & adaptable
3. Takes initiative & Works Hard
4. Must have previous experience
5. Knows how to use social media and technology well
6. Knows our brand, and what we stand for, and is experienced and enjoys constant improvement in the sales/ marketing department
7. Must be able to work 8-10 hours per day, focused on high-quality appointment setting
8. You must be able to speak English fluently, Type well, keep up with a high pace, and have great people/ commutation skills
9. You’ll need to be able to take on and manage responsibilities in an already successful operation.
10. Must have no other commitments on the side. (A.k.a side hustles)

This position is an “ALL-IN” position.

You must be HUNGRY to Learn and Earn as well as be coachable.

You would become a right hand. You will be like family, invested in, and given invaluable information if we see you have the potential to become a valuable asset to the team.
