Student Success Coach VA for Creator Program

We’re hiring a caring, organized, and communication-driven ---------- ntum Coach (Student Success VA) to help power our UGC coaching program and support our students in hitting their first $3K–$5K/month with content creation.

You’ll be responsible for keeping students accountable, motivated, and on track — making sure they never feel stuck and always know their next step. Think of yourself as their accountability partner and progress coach.

Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week, Remote)
Pay: $500–$700/month (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

Job Title: ---------- ntum Coach (Student Success VA)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Remote)
Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Contract
Location: Remote (must have stable internet and excellent English communication)

This role is perfect for someone who:
• Loves helping people succeed
• Has excellent English communication (written + spoken)
• Is organized and reliable managing 25+ students at once
• Enjoys building personal relationships and motivating others
• Is proactive and doesn’t wait for instructions to step in

Responsibilities
• Send monthly progress check-in forms (after 3+ weeks in the program).
• Log all responses into the Tracking Dashboard and update student notes twice per week.
• Follow up with students on WhatsApp every 1–3 days, depending on their engagement level.
• Personalize every message (no copy-paste); mirror their language, goals, and progress.
• Rotate between accountability nudges, encouragement, progress checks, and support.
• Celebrate wins and escalate stalls

Requirements
• Fluent in English (written + spoken)
• Strong communication and people skills (ability to encourage + motivate)
• Highly organized and reliable (track multiple students with accuracy)
• Comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, WhatsApp
• Proactive and coach-minded — you don’t wait, you step in

Bonus (Not Required):
• Experience in customer success, coaching, VA support, or community management
• Familiarity with UGC/influencer marketing industry
• Experience working in online education or creator-focused businesses
