About the Company:

In this role, you’ll support an innovative Australian company specializing in the design and delivery of advanced modular healthcare environments, including operating theatre systems built for precision, efficiency, and rapid deployment.

About the Role:
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, no weekend work) supporting the design and delivery of modular healthcare systems. You’ll play a critical role in transforming engineering concepts into precise, workshop-ready fabrication drawings using Autodesk Inventor.

Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 3D models using Autodesk Inventor
Produce high-quality fabrication drawings for steel structures and assemblies
Translate engineering concepts into buildable, workshop-ready documentation
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery teams
Ensure drawings align with fabrication processes, tolerances, and sequencing
Support design optimisation for prefabrication and modular construction
Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and documentation control

What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience as a Draftsman using Autodesk Inventor
Strong background in engineering or construction environments
Deep understanding of steel fabrication (cutting, welding, assembly, finishing)
Experience in prefabrication or modular construction (highly regarded)
Ability to produce accurate, detailed drawings with minimal supervision
Strong understanding of tolerances, materials, and buildability
High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline

Compensation & Benefits:
Part-time salary: PHP 35,000 – 50,000/month
