Stripe & Payment App Help

Need someone who's well versed at Stripe payment processing. Stripe Connect & Stripe Payouts. I need to setup an easy way to pay small bonuses to members & will need a way to store their payment info so I can easily pay them & store their tax info. Looking at Stripe to do that but there may be better options. Need someone fast so please respond today.
