Stock Chart Analyst (Pattern Finder)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented TradingView chart analyst with at least 1 year of experience analyzing stock charts.

Your main responsibility will be to review stock charts and identify specific patterns based on our criteria for clients. This role requires strong technical analysis skills, consistency, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

In addition to chart analysis, you will occasionally assist with real estate-related tasks, including light remote project management and communication.

Responsibilities:
Analyze stock charts on TradingView daily
Identify and mark specific chart patterns
Work efficiently (target: multiple charts per hour)
Follow instructions exactly as provided
Communicate clearly and report progress regularly

Additional (Occasional) Tasks:

Assist with real estate project coordination
Make a small number of cold calls to find contractors for jobs
Help update project tasks and track progress
Coordinate with contractors via text (Google Voice)

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience with TradingView
Strong understanding of technical analysis and chart patterns
Dependable and responsive during work hours
Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (U.S.)
Reliable, fast, and stable internet connection (non-negotiable)
Comfortable making occasional phone calls (cold outreach)
Ability to multitask between analysis and simple project coordination
Ability to work independently with high accuracy
Willing to grow long-term with the team
Looking for long-term commitment only

Compensation
$200/month (starting)
Performance-based increase up to $500/month
