Hi there candidates,

My name is Stephen, the owner of AMG. We are direct response agency focused on creating highly engaging and converting video sales letters, ads, and funnels for info publishers and health DTC brands.

Right now I am looking for a designer who can take angles and turn them into highly engaging & emotional static ads for Meta.

Things that I am looking for:

- Great communication skills
- Willing to use Canva
- Knows how to implement AI & animation
- Fluent in English or can communicate effectively in the language.

I am in the CST U.S time zone and going to be working from 5am-3:30pm

Primarily means of work will be a simple setup:

- Google Workspace for collaboration
- Todoist for work tracking.
- Twist for communication and updates.

This will initially start off as a gig project to see how we work together and if things continue to work will start off as a part-time role and then eventually full-time role.

Not only that, this is an incentive based role. So the hourly-rate + commission based on how well videos perform

I also have access to a vault of training to help you develop your skills along the way. Training includes:

- Static Ads Training

These you can use to teach yourself new techniques.

There will be two small tasks before being hired:

- Sample task
