JOB OVERVIEW

Static Ads Designer – OBWE (Direct Response/Meta/DTC)

About Us
At OBWE, we don’t just scale brands—we dominate the eCommerce landscape with elite execution, high-performance marketing, and world-class creative output.

Our mission is clear: build and scale multiple 9-figure brands.

We operate at the highest level, setting the standard for speed, precision, and innovation in digital advertising. We think bigger, move faster, and win harder—because success isn’t a possibility, it’s an inevitability.

Now, we’re looking for a Static Ads Designer who can take direction, execute at a high level, and create visually compelling, thumb-stopping ad creatives and landing pages.

Core Values
???? Relentless Execution – Speed and precision win. We move fast, act decisively, and push forward aggressively. No waiting, no hesitation—only action.

? Extreme Ownership – No excuses, no blame-shifting. We take full responsibility for our outcomes and hold ourselves and our team accountable at every level. That also means being super detail-oriented in what we do.

???? Data Over Opinions – We trust numbers, not gut feelings. Every move is informed by data, tested for impact, and optimized for scale.

???? Winners Only – We cultivate an elite, high-performance culture. No dead weight, no complacency—if you’re here, you’re built for growth and domination.

???? Loyalty & Teamwork – Business is war, and we stand by those who stand by us. We protect our circle, move as a unit, and grow together.

???? Legacy Over Ego – It’s not about proving people wrong; it’s about building something undeniable. We make decisions based on logic, not emotion or pride. No egos—only execution.

About This Role
As a Static Ads Designer at OBWE, your job is simple: make things look damn good.

We’ll give you direction, references, and examples, but it’s your job to take ownership, create, and iterate. If you’re waiting for someone to micromanage you, this isn’t for you. If you love creating killer ads, designing bold visuals, and making things pop on-screen, you’ll thrive here.

This is not a strategy role—we’re not asking you to analyze conversion rates or run A/B tests. Your focus is purely on execution and creative quality. You need a sharp eye, design instinct, and the ability to produce work that stands out.

If you’re self-reliant, proactive, and able to take feedback without ego, you belong here.

Key Responsibilities
???? Design high-impact static ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
???? Create polished landing page designs that align with brand aesthetics and campaign goals.
???? Take direction and execute based on examples and briefs—no hand-holding needed.
???? Work fast, iterate faster, and deliver work that stands out.
???? Self-learn, improve, and stay on top of visual trends in advertising.
???? Bring creative flair and originality—don’t just copy, make it better.

Qualifications
? 2+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or eCommerce preferred).
? Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (Canva is a plus but not primary).
? Strong portfolio showcasing bold, eye-catching ad creatives.
? Ability to work fast, take feedback, and iterate efficiently.
? Detail-oriented and self-reliant—you take ownership of your work.
? No fluff, no ego—just great design and execution.
? Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, GIFs, or light animation.

Benefits
???? Growth opportunities – Potential to move into a Senior Designer role.
???? Remote-friendly – Work from anywhere.
???? Paid leave/holidays (for full-time roles).
???? Be part of a company that’s shaping the future of eCommerce marketing.
???? Work alongside an elite, no-BS team that’s driven to win.

Salary & Compensation
???? Competitive base salary (based on experience) + performance-based incentives (later on)
???? Bonus opportunities tied to performance and creative success.
