We are seeking a Staffing and Business Development Specialist to help us identify talent, connect with businesses in need of staffing solutions, and manage the staffing process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, business development, and workforce placement.
This role requires strong networking, communication, and organizational skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and client companies. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating staffing solutions that align with our government contracts and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
? Talent Acquisition & Recruiting:
Identify and source qualified candidates for various roles.
Develop and maintain a database of potential workers.
Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications.
? Business Development & Client Outreach:
Identify and contact companies in need of staffing solutions.
Develop relationships with government agencies and private-sector businesses.
Create and present staffing proposals to potential clients.
? Placement & Coordination:
Match candidates to job opportunities based on skills and contract needs.
Work closely with hiring managers and client companies.
Ensure compliance with government contract requirements and regulations.
? Market Research & Strategy:
Monitor industry trends and workforce demands.
Develop strategies to expand Collaborating Techs' staffing services.
Identify new opportunities in government and private sector staffing.
