Job Summary
We seek a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with at least 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in international companies. Proficiency in Xero, Sage, or QBO is required, along with professional fluency in English (written and verbal).

Essential Duties:
The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position, and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor’s requests for additional or altered duties..

Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly accounting and reconciliations for multiple entities.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and tax filings.
Review payroll and journal entries for accuracy.
Conducted GAAP-compliant financial reviews and managed prepaid expenses.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
-Experience handling multiple entities; hospitality experience is a plus.
-Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a remote setup.
-At least 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle accountant with exposure to international clients/market.
