We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with expertise in Elementor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, high-performance websites that meet client requirements and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor.
- Build responsive, SEO-friendly, and high-performance websites that align with design mockups and client expectations.
- Implement custom CSS, HTML, and basic JavaScript when necessary to enhance website functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including performance, bugs, and compatibility problems.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and content teams to ensure seamless website development and deployment.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and security following best practices.
- Manage website migrations, backups, and updates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in WordPress development, Elementor updates, and web technologies.

Qualifications:
- Proven 3 years and above work experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing Elementor-based projects.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor Pro, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with WordPress plugins, themes, and custom post types.
Familiarity with website optimization tools and techniques (SEO, performance tuning, caching, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce website development.
Familiarity with PHP (no complex coding required, but basic understanding is a plus).
Knowledge of website security best practices.
Experience with version control tools like Git.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position (remote).
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST
