Sr Unity Developer

Flywater Games is looking for an experienced Unity developer to join our team, building casual and casino mobile games for international audiences.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Unity Developer to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be instrumental in creating, developing, and optimizing exciting new and existing mobile games, ensuring they are of the highest quality and provide a fantastic user experience.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, and development of new game features and improvements for mobile games.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, and producers to create and implement game mechanics and features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs identified during development, testing, and live operations.
Optimize game performance and memory usage for mobile platforms.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Unity development and mobile gaming.
Actively participate in tea ---------- etings, discussions, and planning sessions.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Unity3D and C# programming, with a focus on mobile gaming.
Proven experience in shipping successful mobile games for iOS and Android platforms.
Strong understanding of game optimization issues and techniques for mobile devices.
Proficiency in 3D graphics, physics, and particle systems.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for gaming and awareness of current industry trends and technologies.

Nice to Haves:
Advanced degree in a related field.
Familiarity with other game development platforms and technologies.
A portfolio of released game titles on the App Store and Google Play.
