Role Description:
We are hiring a Senior Strategy Associate to lead internal consulting and financial planning efforts across the organization. This role will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate complex business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines structured problem-solving experience and general business knowledge with an analytical mindset.
You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, optimizing performance, and providing clear, data-backed recommendations to support high-level decision making.

Minimum Job Requirements:
• 3–4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar).
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into logical, structured components and design data-driven solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize insights across multiple workstreams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience presenting to and influencing senior executives.
• Comfortable leading cross-functional projects, managing timelines, and driving accountability.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Experience using Power BI, DAX, or other BI tools to build dashboards and visualize performance data.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, or other modern data architecture platforms.
• Exposure to KPI development, financial modeling, and operational diagnostics.
• Background in change management or operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong business storytelling and data visualization skills.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
