Job description:

We are looking for an absolute master of SEO who have experience working with a variety of clients and industries. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record managing large clients in an agency setting and a strong desire to build up not only your own portfolio but the department's portfolio as a whole. Our perfect person is someone passionate about learning, leading and growing within a supportive company culture.

In this position, you will work directly with our Project Managers, who have their finger on the pulse of each of our valued clients. You will be responsible for the clients' SEO success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

First and foremost, be able to generate traffic and rankings for our clients
Work with the team to determine what pages need to be created or edited to successfully hit clients’ sales goals
Perform keyword research to find the best possible keyword that is topically relevant, geographically relevant, and attainable
Generate SEO reports and report on SEO efforts as well as results.
Work with the content team on a content calendar to support SEO efforts. Decide which pages need content and when to get it completed
Ensure that all tasks are completed correctly and on time
Take advantage of company-sponsored training (both in-house and online) to further develop skills in all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, Local SEO, CRO, Analytics, AI, content, linking and more.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years working as an SEO manager at a digital marketing agency while handling multiple client accounts simultaneously (You will be asked to provide at least 2 agency references at some point during the interview process)
5+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, creating and implementing strategies (We need someone that can get in there and do the work and not just talk about it)
Experience working with Google properties such as Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc
Experience working with SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, SeoQuake, etc
Experience with Local SEO, National SEO, and E-commerce SEO strategies
Experienced and comfortable with working on several projects and clients at once
