ABOUT THE PARKER INITIATIVE

We’re growing our offshore presence in the Philippines — and we’re looking for elite NetSuite talent to grow with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a senior-level NetSuite developer who can work across the full stack — from SuiteScript customizations and workflow automation to REST integrations and modern front-end development. You’ll work directly with TPI’s implementation team to build, extend, and integrate NetSuite solutions for manufacturing and distribution clients across the US.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Build and maintain SuiteScript 2.x customizations including scripts, workflows, and RESTlets
• Design and build integrations using SuiteTalk SOAP/REST and third-party APIs
• Develop SuiteFlow automation and configure advanced NetSuite modules
• Build modern front-end components using React or similar JS frameworks that interact with NetSuite data
• Evaluate, implement, and support SuiteApps from the SuiteCloud platform on behalf of clients
• Translate client business requirements into scalable NetSuite technical solutions
• Collaborate with TPI project managers and functional consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle
REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years of NetSuite development experience — this is a hard minimum
• Experience developing or publishing Built for NetSuite verified SuiteApps
• Hands-on experience with the SuiteCloud Developer Network and
• Deep expertise in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x (client scripts, user event scripts, scheduled scripts, map/reduce)
• Proficiency with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk (SOAP & REST), and RESTlets
• Strong full-stack JavaScript skills — React or other modern JS frameworks required
• Experience building third-party integrations (EDI, WMS, shipping platforms, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills — you’ll interface directly with US-based clients and tea
• Must be available to work US Eastern Time as the primary working hours
NICE TO HAVE
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, Developer)
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
• Experience with NetSuite WMS, Manufacturing, or Advanced Manufacturing modules
• Prior work with a NetSuite Alliance Partner or consulting firm
