About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Laravel / PHP Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating closely with product and design teams, and leveraging modern AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop robust, high-performance web applications using Laravel and PHP.
Build responsive, dynamic front-end interfaces using Vue.js and/or React.
Integrate and work alongside AI coding agents (Claude, Codex) to enhance development efficiency.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
Design and optimize relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time
Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs across the full stack.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends


Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of professional PHP development experience
Excellent, in-depth knowledge of the Laravel framework (routing, Eloquent ORM, queues, events, middleware, Artisan, etc.)
Solid proficiency in both Vue.js and React for building modern front-end UIs
Hands-on experience working with AI coding agents such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI Codex in a development workflow
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows (GitHub / GitLab)
Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL database design and query optimization.
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)


Nice to Have

Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean)
Knowledge of TDD / BDD and testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Pest, Jest)
Familiarity with microservices or event-driven architecture
Contributions to open-source projects
