Who We Are
We are a specialized marketing agency focused on the medical industry, helping healthcare providers generate high-quality leads and grow their practices through strategic paid ad campaigns. Our primary focus is META (Facebook & Instagram Ads), but we are slowly expanding into other platforms (Google, TikTok, YouTube) to give our clients a broader reach.

What You’ll Do
Own and manage ~20 +/- ad accounts, all within the medical niche, running similar campaigns.
Develop, execute, and optimize high-converting Facebook & Instagram ad strategies.
Analyze data & performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and improve ROI.
Collaborate with the design team to test and refine creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
Stay ahead of trends—constantly research changes in ad algorithms, new strategies, and audience behaviors.
Suggest new growth opportunities, including testing additional ad platforms as needed.
Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.

Who You Are
2+ years of experience in Facebook & Instagram ads (META Business Manager).
Data-driven mindset—you love digging into numbers, identifying patterns, and making strategic decisions.
Creative & analytical—you can brainstorm fresh ad ideas while optimizing for performance.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing.
Self-motivated & proactive—you take ownership of your accounts and constantly look for ways to improve.
Experience in the medical or lead generation space (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work USA East Coast hours (regardless of location).
