About HighCloud Solutions, Inc.

HighCloud Solutions is a Minnesota-based, SBA 8(a) and HUBZone certified consulting firm specializing in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud), AI/ML, and cloud modernization (AWS, Azure). We hold GSA STARS III contract vehicle, are a certified Salesforce Partner, and serve clients across State, Local, Education (SLED) and Manufacturing sectors. We are also launching FMEAi - our proprietary AI-powered SaaS product that modernizes Failure Mode and Effects Analysis for manufacturing and engineering teams.

We are looking for a long-term partner - not a transactional VA. The right person will start part-time, prove themselves over 60–90 days, and grow into a full-time leadership (Integrator) role with real ownership, and a seat at the leadership table.

THE ROLE
You will be the right hand to the Founder/Visionary, owning day-to-day execution of business development and pre-sales across three lanes:
- Salesforce Consulting Pre-Sales - Lead discovery calls, scope opportunities, build SOWs, deliver demos to mid-market and SLED prospects, and convert qualified leads into signed engagements.
- FMEAi Product Go-to-Market - Run product demos, qualify SaaS leads, support AppExchange listing efforts, and help convert pilots into paying customers across manufacturing accounts.
- US Government Contracting (SLED + Federal) - Identify RFPs/RFQs/RFIs on state procurement portals, and bid-tracking platforms; lead proposal writing and compilation; coordinate teaming partners; manage submission timelines.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Pre-Sales
- Generate and qualify outbound pipeline for Salesforce consulting and FMEAi SaaS.
- Conduct discovery calls, scoping sessions, and live product demos via Zoom/Teams.
- Build proposals, SOWs, pricing models, capability statements, and pitch decks.
- Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce); track pipeline, forecast accurately, report weekly.
- Support marketing on case studies, datasheets, and AppExchange positioning.

US Government Contracting (SLED & Federal)
- Daily monitoring of SAM.gov, GovWin, state/local procurement portals, and education bid sites.
- Identify and qualify RFP/RFQ/RFI opportunities aligned with HighCloud's NAICS codes, certifications (8(a), HUBZone, STARS III, GSA), and capabilities.
- Lead end-to-end proposal response: outline, win themes, technical narrative drafting, past-performance write-ups, compliance matrix, pricing coordination, and final compilation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, primes, and teaming partners.
- Maintain a library of reusable boilerplate (capability statements, past performance, resumes, win themes).

Leadership & Growth Path
- Run weekly pipeline reviews with the Founder.
- Hold the team accountable to commitments within our EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) operating cadence.
- Over time, take ownership of execution across sales, marketing, and delivery coordination as the company's Integrator.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in B2B business development, pre-sales, or sales engineering serving US-based clients.
- Demonstrated experience selling or pre-selling Salesforce consulting services (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud).
- Proven experience writing or compiling US government proposals - federal, state, local, or education (SLED). Familiarity with SAM.gov, FAR basics, GSA Schedule, and 8(a)/HUBZone set-asides is highly preferred.
- Excellent written English - capable of producing executive-quality proposals and technical narratives without heavy editing.
- Strong verbal English - comfortable leading live demos and discovery calls with US executives.
- MUST be available US Central Time (CST) hours - minimum 6 hours/day overlap with CST business hours. Non-negotiable.
- Self-directed, organized, able to manage multiple parallel proposals and pipeline activities.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoho or Salesforce CRM, Word, PowerPoint.

PREFERRED / BONUS
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, AI Associate).
- Prior experience supporting a US small business (8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB).
- Experience with EOS (Rocks, Level 10 Meetings, Scorecards, V/TO, Accountability Chart).
- Experience with FMEA, Six Sigma, or manufacturing quality systems.
- Capture management and proposal writing.
