Spatial Planning Architect

One off role for shop floor layouts, and renders to extend a building.

Need someone to start asap.

We are looking for a designer to work with us interactively throughout each hour, and undertake tasks to produce high level designs for us.

Please send your One off role for scheme plans for a housing development. Must be able to draw up a site from scratch, then plot townhouses/apartments on the site while thinking about access in and out, staircases, outdoor spaces etc.

Need someone to start right now, today.

We are looking for part time and full time designers also, so it could easily lead to much more work.
