Inventory Management:

Customer Service:
Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding spare parts, handle complex customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Supervision:
Supervise and train parts staff, manage their performance, and ensure they are following procedures.
Reporting and Analysis:
Develop and improve inventory reporting, monitor sales trends, and analyze data to forecast future inventory needs.
Financial Management:
Manage the purchasing and accounting of inventory, ensuring accurate records and compliance with financial regulations.
