We’re looking for a dedicated, experienced Airbnb Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and English, and passionate about hospitality, guest communication, and marketing. This role combines guest-facing support with behind-the-scenes listing management and marketing strategy to drive more bookings and visibility.
This is a part-time, remote position. We’re looking for someone committed, reliable, and ready to be a key part of a growing short-term rental team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Responding to guest inquiries and support messages across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Travelocity, direct booking sites, social media, etc.)
Writing and optimizing listing descriptions in Spanish and English for visibility and performance
Marketing listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and social platforms to increase booking rates and visibility
Creating and implementing strategies to boost occupancy and revenue through promotional content, special offers, and seasonal campaigns
Managing guest check-in/check-out processes and pre-stay communications
Coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness
Monitoring and adjusting dynamic pricing, availability, and calendar sync
Managing and responding to reviews to maintain a 5-star reputation
Handling last-minute issues with professionalism and problem-solving
Tracking and reporting key metrics (occupancy, revenue, reviews)
Assisting with content creation and promotions across social media and
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in Airbnb, VRBO, Travelocity, or short-term rental management
Airbnb Superhost experience strongly preferred
Skilled in guest communication, hospitality, and online sales
Experience with listing marketing and visibility optimization
Excellent writing, editing, and SEO-focused listing skills
Tech-savvy – comfortable using apps, spreadsheets, task systems, and pricing tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented
Part-time availability with room to grow (no juggling multiple jobs preferred)
