Job Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated Spanish-English bilingual appointment setter who can effectively communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact existing leads in our GoHighLevel system to reschedule appointments for cellular savings reports.
Handle leads that have previously scheduled but canceled, needed rescheduling, or were no-shows.
Approach customers based on the age and status of the lead.
Manage and update the appointment calendar.
Confirm appointments and follow up with clients as necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments.
Collaborate with the team to improve scheduling processes.

Requirements:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Availability to work during American time schedules, especially evenings from 4 PM to 8 PM (Tuesday to Friday) and Saturday from 1 PM to 5 PM Central Time.
