Spanish Content QA Assistant – YouTube Script Production (Claude AI)

WHAT THIS JOB IS

I run a Spanish-language YouTube channel focused on Stoic philosophy for sleep and mental wellness. I need a virtual assistant to help manage the production of long-form scripts using a fully systematized process powered by Claude AI.

This is NOT a writing or creative job. You will not be writing scripts. You will be operating a system. Everything you need is provided:

A detailed onboarding document
Word files to attach to Claude
Exact prompts to copy and paste at each step
A quality checklist to follow when reviewing the output.

Your job is to execute the process precisely and pay very close attention to the corrections that need to be requested from Claude, following the quality requirements exactly.

The key skill this job requires is not creativity or knowledge of the topic. It is the ability to follow a detailed system step by step, read carefully, and apply correction criteria with precision and consistency.

WHAT THE PROCESS LOOKS LIKE

Step 1 — You set up a Claude project using the documents and instructions we provide. This takes around 5 minutes and is fully explained in the onboarding document.

Step 2 — Using the exact prompts we give you, you generate the script lesson by lesson inside the Claude project. Claude does all the writing. Each script contains approximately 30,000 words generated automatically by Claude. Your role is not to write the content yourself. Instead, you will supervise the generation process, review each lesson using the provided quality checklist, and request corrections when needed. The writing itself is handled by Claude; your responsibility is quality control and ensuring that the output meets the standards defined in the system.

Step 3 — You review each lesson against a detailed quality checklist we provide. When something does not meet the criteria, you request specific corrections from Claude following the exact instructions we give you for each type of issue. The checklist tells you exactly what to look for and how to ask for changes.

Step 4 — You deliver the completed and reviewed script as a Word document.

Every single step is documented. You will never need to improvise or make creative decisions. What is required is careful attention, precision, and a genuine commitment to following the process correctly.

REQUIREMENTS

- Advanced or native Castilian Spanish. This is the most critical requirement. The channel uses only standard Spanish from Spain and you need to read and evaluate the text accurately.
- Access to Claude.ai Pro plan ($20/month). This is the tool used for all script generation. It is required to do this job.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions with precision.
- Reliable availability and consistent communication.

VOLUME AND SCOPE

We produce approximately 1 script every 2 days. Each script contains between 20 and 25 lessons and totals around 30,000 words — generated by Claude following the system, not written manually by you.

We will start with a paid trial of 1 complete script. If the process goes well and the quality meets the standards, the first project will consist of 10 scripts. The goal is to build a long-term working relationship with the right person.
