Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a talented and highly organised Client Solutions Engineer to join our team and support the build, management and optimisation of client dashboards, automations and digital systems.

This role would suit someone who has strong experience building dashboards and workflows, with a solid understanding of full-stack development, no-code/low-code platforms, APIs and client-facing technical solutions.

You will mainly be working across our digital invitations platform, which includes a client dashboard, RSVP and guest management systems, payment flows and automation management. The role will also involve supporting projects across our digital growth agency, including campaign flows, automations, Zapier integrations, API connections etc.

Key Responsibilities

* Build, manage and optimise client dashboards and internal systems
* Work across tools including Softr, Airtable, Tally, ---------- and Stripe
* Set up and manage automations, campaign flows and integrations
* Support API connections and custom development where required
* Troubleshoot technical issues and improve existing workflows
* Work closely with the team to understand client requirements and deliver practical, reliable solutions
* Maintain clear communication and documentation across projects

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

* Experienced in building dashboards, portals or client-facing systems
* Confident working with no-code/low-code tools, automations and integrations
* A full-stack or code-capable developer with a strong understanding of how systems connect
* Familiar with tools such as Softr, Airtable, Tally, ---------- , Stripe
* Highly organised, task-focused and reliable
* A great communicator with strong attention to detail
* Someone with a strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality work
