JOB OVERVIEW

NOW HIRING: SOLAR PROJECT MANAGER / SOLAR DESIGNER
FULL-TIME | REMOTE (PHILIPPINES) | U.S. HOURS

US Power Solar is growing quickly, and we are looking for a highly experienced Solar Project Manager / Solar Designer who can confidently manage projects from:

SALE ? DESIGN ? PERMITTING ? INSTALL ? PTO

This is NOT an entry-level role.
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility operations position where communication, urgency, organization, and problem-solving are critical every day.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE

Must work Los Angeles business hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM PST)
MUST be comfortable being ON CAMERA during the entire shift for Zoom collaboration with management and tea ---------- mbers
Must have a quiet, private workspace with NO interruptions during working hours
Must have reliable high-speed internet
Must have a working computer/laptop AND phone available during shift
Must have REAL solar operations experience

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Manage residential solar projects from sale through PTO
• Handle permitting approvals with AHJs/cities/counties
• Manage utility interconnections (SCE, LADWP, PG&E, etc.)
• Review load calculations + system sizing
• Review solar designs using Aurora, Solargraf, etc.
• Coordinate with installers, homeowners, utilities, and sales reps
• Keep projects moving efficiently and resolve delays quickly

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Solar permitting
Utility interconnections
Load calculations
Solar project coordination
Aurora, Solargraf, or similar software
Strong English communication skills

BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
California utility experience
Salesforce/CRM experience
U.S.-based solar company experience
