Solar Appointment Setter / Live Transfer Agent - CST Hours

We are hiring experienced appointment setters / live transfer agents for a U.S. solar-related outbound campaign.

This is a performance-based role for callers who already have experience with solar panel cold calling, appointment setting, or live transfers.

Compensation

Base pay: up to $3/hour, depending on experience and voice quality
Bonus: $10 per qualified live transfer

A qualified transfer must:

Last at least 1 minute 30 seconds
Be connected live to our closer
Come from a real homeowner / decision maker
Be related to the solar / energy program
Not be fake, rushed, misleading, or transferred without proper customer understanding
Schedule

Must be able to work CST timezone hours.

This is a night-shift role for Philippines-based agents.

Requirements

You must have:

Previous solar panel cold calling experience
Experience with appointment setting or live transfers
Clear, neutral, easy-to-understand English
Strong phone confidence
Ability to follow a script exactly
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Headset or quality microphone
Ability to work CST hours consistently
Voice Recording Required

“Hi, this is [Name]. I’m calling about the new energy savings program in your area. This is not a loan, not a credit check, and not an out-of-pocket solar panel purchase. I just need to ask a couple quick questions to see if your home may qualify. Are you the homeowner?”

We are looking for agents who sound confident, clear, professional, and easy for U.S. homeowners to understand.

This is not for beginners. Solar cold calling experience is required.
