Solar Appointment Setter / Cold Calling

HIGH PERFORMANCE SOLAR TEAM – NOW HIRING

We are currently looking for EXPERIENCED Solar Appointment Setters / Cold Callers who already understand outbound solar calling and are comfortable speaking with homeowners in the United States.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

We are specifically looking for people with REAL experience in:

* Solar appointment setting
* Solar cold calling
* Solar lead generation
* Setting solar consultations with U.S. homeowners

If you already understand how solar campaigns work, how to qualify homeowners, and how to book appointments consistently, we want to hear from you.



* 8 hours per day
* Base pay starts at $12.00 to $25.00 hour if you are a top performer
* Performance bonuses available over Orum or Calltools Metric
* Long-term opportunity for top performers

This is a performance-driven position with strong commission potential for experienced setters.

Performance bonuses typically range from:

* $200 to $800+ per month for average performers
* $1000 to $1600+ per month for top performers

in addition to base pay.



ADVANCED DIALING SYSTEM

We use high-volume predictive dialing systems including Orum Dialer and CallTools.

Our dialing infrastructure is capable of generating thousands of outbound calls daily, helping agents maximize live conversations and appointment opportunities.

Depending on performance, agents may speak with approximately:

* 100 to 500 homeowners per day

This creates strong appointment-setting potential for experienced solar callers who know how to qualify and convert conversations efficiently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Make outbound cold calls to homeowners in the United States
* Qualify homeowners for solar consultations
* Set qualified appointments for solar specialists
* Handle objections professionally
* Follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational
* Update call notes and dispositions accurately
* Maintain daily performance goals and KPIs



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED:

* Proven SOLAR cold calling experience
* Proven SOLAR appointment setting experience
* Strong English communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with U.S. homeowners
* Confident and persuasive personality
* Ability to handle rejection and objections
* Stable internet connection
* Quiet working environment
* Reliable and disciplined work ethic

HUGE PLUS:

* Experience using Orum Dialer
* Experience using CallTools
* Experience working with predictive dialers
* Experience using CRMs
* Experience speaking with homeowners in California or other U.S. solar markets
