What You’ll Do:

Dial out to qualified leads

Follow a tested, proven script

Set appointments for our solar sales partners

Log everything into our CRM

Hit your weekly/monthly targets

Attend teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings & trainings

What We’re Looking For:

Solar call center experience is a MUST

Clear communicator

Can grind the graveyard shift

Organized & coachable

Earnings Breakdown:

$5/hour base

$17 per sit

$10 per confirmed appt

$5 per unconfirmed appt
