Positions Available: 2 Appointment Setters
Working Hours: Part-time, 6 hours to start, with the potential to transition to full-time (8 hours per day) based on performance. Full-time hours are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM USA Eastern Time.
Opportunity for Full-Time and Advancement:
Initially part-time with the opportunity to increase to full-time based on performance reviews.
Successful candidates may also advance to management roles within the company, as we value and cultivate the growth of our team members.
Compensation:
Starting at $4/hour with significant performance bonuses.
Earn an additional $100 if an appointment converts into a sale.
Role Overview:
Engage homeowners over the phone to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and schedule free solar consultations.
Overcome objections and secure appointments for our sales representatives, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Who We Need:
Fluent English speakers who excel in communication and building relationships over the phone.
At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service, with a preference for those with solar industry experience.
Motivated self-starters who are ready to embrace challenges and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Experience in a call center or as an appointment setter is preferred.
Must have a quiet, professional home office setup with dependable technology (Computer, Internet, Headset).
A quick learner who is adept at using technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
