Software Inventory & Fleet Management Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Inventory & Fleet Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing software systems, tracking inventory, coordinating parts ordering, and supporting fleet operations. The ideal candidate speaks excellent English, is tech-savvy, and can manage systems efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Software & Inventory Management

Maintain and manage inventory tracking systems for equipment, parts, and software
Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate records at all times
Implement and improve inventory management processes
Work with internal tools or recommend better systems if needed

Fleet Management Support

Track company vehicles, equipment, and maintenance schedules
Maintain accurate fleet records (usage, repairs, service dates)
Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure fleet efficiency and uptime

Parts Ordering & Procurement

Research, source, and order parts and supplies as needed
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Compare pricing and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
Track orders and maintain purchasing records

General Admin & Communication

Communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
Provide regular reports and updates
Assist with process improvements and system organization

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (important)
Experience with inventory management or similar systems
Comfortable with software tools, spreadsheets, and online systems
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and problem-solve
Experience with fleet management is a plus

Nice to Have:

Experience with logistics, operations, or procurement
Familiarity with inventory or fleet software systems
Background in admin, operations, or technical support

Work Details:

Remote (Philippines-based)
