Software Engineering Manager

Role:
-Establish and improve ways of working for your team.

-Build, lead and grow our Engineers.

-Provide smooth onboarding experience for new joiners including training.

-Work together with the teams Product Owner / Accountable Lead to ensure your team delivers high quality at a high pace.

-Proactively identify issues and work on resolving them.

-Create a fun and amazing workplace for our international Engineering team.

Experience:
-At least 6 years in the industry. 4 years at least as developer, and 2 distinct as EM, responsible for designing and implementing systems.

-Line Manager of at least four or more individuals, guiding, coaching and being a mentor.

-Worked in the fast paced Agile/Scrum (methodology) projects.

-Experience with performance management & salary review.

-Self-driven & high energy with a passion to nurture high-performing teams.
