Software Engineer

Hello, thank you for applying to be a software engineer at Spotlight Media.

To give a brief description: our software allows users to scrape creators from TikTok & message them.

Job Requirements:
* Experience with web-scraping (Selenium)
* Experience with our tech-stack (Python, Javascript, MongoDB) and hosting (GCP)
* Experience with architecture design (spec. multithreading/CPU intensive workflows)

Our interview process goes as follows:
Step 1: Please submit your resume and indicate your experience with web-scraping, our tech-stack, and previous architecture design (we are here)

Step 2: Paid Take home project: If we deem you a good match, you are invited to do our take-home, which is creating a feature. We will compensate up to $100.

Step 3: Code Review: We will then review your code and set up a time to go through it. Afterwards, we will choose 1-2 candidates to hire full time.
