Software Developer / Builder, AI-Assisted (Claude Code)

The role
We are looking for a developer who builds. You will use AI coding tools, mainly
Claude Code, to build the software and infrastructure that runs our agency: internal
tools, automations, integrations, and full applications like our own CRM. This is a
hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. We build, we ship, we test, and we
improve based on what actually works.

You do not need to be a senior architect with twenty years of experience. You need
to be a solid programmer who understands how software is built at the infrastructure
level, who learns fast, and who gets things working and shipped.

What you will do
- Build internal tools, automations, and integrations that make the agency run
- Build and maintain full applications: backend, APIs, databases, and front end
- Use AI coding tools like Claude Code to ship faster and take on bigger projects
- Turn rough ideas into working software, then improve them based on real use
- Take ownership of what you build and keep it running

What you need
- Solid programming skills. You understand software at the infrastructure level:
backend, APIs, databases, deployment, and how the pieces fit together.
- Real experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to build,
not just to autocomplete.
- Resourceful and self-driven. You figure things out on your own and you ship.
- You want a dynamic role where you build a lot, learn a lot, and grow with us.
- Good written English, enough to work with the team and document what you build.
- We mostly build in Python and JavaScript. You do not need both on day one, but you
should be able to pick up what you are missing quickly.

Nice to have
- Knowledge of marketing and online ads
- Experience with static ads or creative production
- Experience with Shopify, GoHighLevel, or Meta Business Manager
- Building automations and integrations between platforms (APIs, webhooks)
- Your own projects or tools that you have built and shipped

- Full-time, fully remote
- Long-term role. We want a builder who grows into a key part of the team.
