About the Role
We’re hiring a Software Developer to join our growing team. You’ll help build and maintain the systems behind global trading platforms used by leading financial institutions. This role is ideal for developers who want to work across the stack, solve real-world problems, and make an impact in global fintech.

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop full-stack solutions using Java, Python, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or Node.js
- Build scalable, high-performance applications for global financial markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Contribute to system architecture and propose solutions to complex problems
- Participate in peer reviews and maintain high coding standards
- Work in a Linux-based environment with exposure to CI/CD pipelines and AWS

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Strong front-end development skills (Angular, Node.js, or similar)
- Experience deploying and supporting applications in Linux environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices; AWS exposure is a plus
- Interest in trading systems, fintech, or secure tokenization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong team player who enjoys collaborative work and continuous learning

Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience in high-frequency or low-latency systems
- Familiarity with financial services or trading environments
- Passion for innovation and solving meaningful challenges
