JOB OVERVIEW

Please follow the instructions below for managing our social media accounts:

**1. Content Editing:**
- I will record and provide all raw content (videos, images, etc.).
- Edit the provided content to ensure high quality and consistency with our brand style (e.g., color scheme, logo placement).
- Add appropriate filters, text overlays, and other enhancements to make the content engaging and visually appealing.

**2. Content Posting:**
- **Platforms:** Post the edited content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- **Schedule:** Follow the content calendar to schedule posts. Ensure there is a good mix of content types throughout the week.
- **Captions:** Write engaging captions for each post. Ensure captions are clear, concise, and include relevant hashtags and tags.
- **Engagement:** Monitor comments and messages on each platform. Respond to comments and engage with followers to build community.

**3. Content Calendar:**
- Maintain and update a content calendar to keep track of posting schedules and ensure timely posts.
- Coordinate with me for any special posts or updates that need to be included.

**4. Analytics:**
- Track the performance of posts (likes, comments, shares, etc.).
- Provide a weekly summary report of social media performance, including insights and suggestions for improvement.

**5. Communication:**
- Coordinate with me regularly to review content plans and ensure alignment with our marketing goals.
- Notify me of any issues or opportunities that arise on social media platforms.
