I am looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can manage the online marketing, advertising, and branding for my real estate business. This includes marketing for me, by listings, and my services. Other tasks may be needed. Minimum 2 years' experience preferred. Must be detailed-oriented, able to follow verbal & written instructions, and have a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and able to work between the hours of 9am-3pm CST. This is a part time job that will likely lead to full time
KEY TASKS and SKILLS:
-Optimize online social media profiles on various platforms, including FB, IG, Google My Business, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest,
-Content Creation and Management
-Helps create and maintain strong social media presence through effective branding strategies
-Implement SEO strategies to optimize exposure; on and off page SEO, keyword research, Meta tagging and geotagging
-Increase & enhance my online presence
-Video & Reel creation and editing
-Landing page creation
-Running
-Social Media engagement, monitoring, and reporting
-Community Management and Engagement
-Develop strategic content and social media strategies that increases sales and client retention
-Maximize client reviews and testimonials
-Data entry and online research
-Chatbot Integration
-Google analytics tracking
-List creation
-Graphic design: Create eye-catching digital marketing pieces
-There may be other ad hoc tasks such as document creation, running CMAs, entering listings into the MLS
