Job Description:
We’re a U.S.-based multi-brand agency looking for a skilled and reliable GoHighLevel automation expert and funnel builder to help us launch multiple lead generation systems and sales workflows across our businesses.
This is a high-impact, multi-project role where your skills in GHL, Zapier, Twilio/phone integration, and smart automation will help us scale outreach for life insurance, website sales, travel services, and recruiting.

Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing:
1. Life Insurance Sales Funnel
• Create a complete funnel for final expense, mortgage protection, and IUL leads
• Automate appointment booking, SMS/email follow-ups, and call sequences using GoHighLevel
• Integrate with dialer bot, make or Zapier to trigger calls when leads opt in
Have a funnel that can be copied and improved upon with text and
2. Website Sales Funnel
• Design a funnel that captures business leads for web design services (
• Integrate with call trigger automation to reach out to business owners via auto-dial/SMS
• Build
3. Funnel for Selling Funnels + Caller Bot
• Build a marketing funnel for our “funnels and automation service” targeting small businesses
• Funnel must explain the value of automation (chatbot, caller bot, CRM, follow-ups) to convert clients
4. Travel Services Funnel
• Build a landing page/funnel for our travel agency (
• Include opt-in forms, inquiry follow-ups, and potential booking automations
5. Recruiting Funnel for Insurance Agents
• Design a funnel to attract and qualify new insurance agents into our recruiting system
• Automate onboarding sequence via
6. A funnel to promote the calling bot and GHL integration
7. Affiliate marketing funnels

Required Skills:
• Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel CRM and Funnel Builder
• Experience setting up SMS/email workflows, forms, calendars, pipelines
• Zapier (or Make/Integromat) experience for custom automations
• Phone and dialer system integration using Twilio or GHL call triggers
• Funnel building with conversion in mind
• Ability to document workflow for handoff and collaboration
• Good written English and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and proactive in solving problems

Bonus (Nice to Have):
• Experience with lead generation for insurance or web design
• Familiar with sales psychology and funnel copywriting
• Understanding of booking automation for appointments (e.g., life insurance, travel consults)
• Graphic design or UI experience to make funnels visually appealing
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Forms, and Canva
