botified is an innovative startup on a mission to simplify life through AI. We are building tools that people can use to bring efficiency to their business and life. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at the ground level and contribute to a cutting-edge project in the AI space. We are looking for virtual assistant freelancers to work with us long-term to help us grow the business.

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Social Media and Content Specialist to support the growth and development of botified. This role requires an individual who is adept at web research, has excellent copywriting abilities, can churn out social media posts, build graphics using Canva or similar tools, possesses a high level of creativity, and can manage social media channels with a high degree of competence. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for producing 2-3 blog posts weekly and managing the overall content strategy for the brand.

Responsibilities:
1. Web Research:
- Conduct daily web research to find resources, trends, and updates related to AI personal assistants.
- Compile findings into concise reports with actionable insights.

2. Copywriting & Content Creation:
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with our mission of simplifying life through AI and is written in the founder's brand voice.
- Can use AI tools to enhance or brainstorm the content, but most of the content should be original.
- Produce 2-3 blog posts weekly on topics relevant to our brand and audience.

3. Social Media Management:
- Generate post ideas and schedules for platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Threads, and Instagram.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics in the AI assistant space and document them for future content ideas.
- Provide summaries of key discussions and news to the founder.
- Grow the social media platform audiences organically.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

4. Content Strategy:
- Develop and manage the overall content strategy for the brand.
- Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the strategy.
- Collaborate with the founder and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure the content strategy aligns with business goals.

Work Style, Hours, and Expectations:
- Flexible Schedule: You are expected to maintain your own schedule, working asynchronously with the team.
- Part-Time Commitment: Initially, this role will require about 30 hours per week, but could increase to full time and potential for a salaried role down the line for the right person.
- Equipment: A stable Internet connection and your own computer hardware are required.
- Problem Solving: We value creativity and problem-solving skills. Feel free to think outside the box and ask questions.

- Client Work: It's okay if you have other clients. We expect you to manage your time effectively. We care more about your output and outcomes for the business. You will be an independent contractor for the business.
- Time Tracking: Initially, we prefer to use a time-tracking software to log hours. We will move away from this process over time as the role is more established.
