Social Media Virtual Assistant (Instagram & Threads Management)

Job Description:

I am looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow Instagram and Threads accounts.
This role is focused on content posting, engagement, and community interaction for a personal male brand.

You don’t need to create the content yourself – you will be given all materials and clear instructions.
Your main job is to post consistently, engage with users, and help grow the accounts according to the strategy provided.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple Instagram & Threads accounts.

Post pre-made content daily (captions, images, videos provided).

Engage with followers (likes, comments, replies).

Follow daily routines (SOPs will be given).

Track performance and give weekly updates.

Requirements:

Experience managing Instagram or Threads accounts.

Basic knowledge of engagement strategies (hashtags, comments, reels).

Consistency and reliability – able to follow schedules.

Good written English skills.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Nice to Have:

Experience with social media growth.

Past work with multiple accounts.

Creative mindset for captions and engagement.

Salary & Hours:

Starting at $2–3 USD per hour (negotiable based on experience).

Part-time (20 hrs/week) with the option to grow into full-time (40 hrs/week).

Long-term position if you perform well.
