About the Role: As a Social Media Virtual Assistant, you'll play a key role in managing our social media presence and assisting with media deliveries. This position requires strong organizational skills, a passion for social media, and an eye for detail. You'll also assist with photo and video editing when necessary to ensure our clients receive the highest quality content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Plan and post on Instagram, help manage content scheduling, and engage with potential new clients.
- Client Interaction: Use our InstagraUpgrade to see actual infothod to send outbound messages to prospective clients and manage incoming inquiries.
- Media Deliveries & Orders: Assist with coordinating and managing photo/video deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution and quality control. Review media content before delivery to ensure it aligns with our high standards.
- Client Retouch Requests: Handle photo retouch requests promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing effectively.
- Social Media Savvy: Experience with Instagram and other social platforms, and a passion for creating engaging content.
- Client-Focused: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proactive, customer-first attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Review and deliver media content with accuracy, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Willingness to Work in Mountain Time (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. MDT): Since most of our clients are based in this time zone, we need someone who’s ready to work during these hours.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with basic photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
