++About the Role++
We’re hiring a full-time Social Media Strategist to manage the founder's personal brand accounts across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. All accounts belong to the same brand and will use the same short-form video content.
This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, highly responsive, deeply data-driven, and experienced in managing and growing personal brand accounts. You’ll be responsible for posting content, responding to DMs, editing raw footage into scroll-stopping short-form videos, creating thumbnails, and tracking performance.
You won’t need to come up with content ideas. All ideation, recording and direction will be handled—your role is to bring the content to life through consistent execution and quality editing.

The Frequent Speaker is a video marketing agency built exclusively for professional speakers. We help high-level speakers get noticed by event planners and land premium stages through powerful demo reels and short-form video content. Our mission is to position our clients as authorities in their space through standout visual storytelling and strategic distribution. Everything we do is designed to help speakers grow their personal brand, build visibility, and book more gigs.
++What You’ll Do++
- Post short-form videos across personal brand accounts
- Platforms: LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Respond to direct messages across all platforms within 24 hours (weekdays only)
- Attend a short-form video training every two weeks (Tuesdays at 2 p.m. Eastern)
- Join a daily team huddle at 10 a.m. PHT (Philippines Time)
- Edit and assemble short-form videos from raw footage, including:
- Adding subtitles
- Incorporating b-roll and images
- Creating engaging thumbnails
- Following a specific visual/story style (training provided)
-Schedule and organize content in a consistent publishing calendar
-Track performance and highlight top-performing posts, comments, and metrics
++What We’re Looking For++
- Proven success managing a personal brand account with at least 10,000+ followers
- At least 2 years managing the same account (we value long-term consistency)
- Skills with editing tools like CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere OR short-form tools such as SubMagic
- Experience in designing thumbnails that increase click-throughs
- Comfortable using performance tracking tools or internal dashboards
- Data-driven — must provide proof of metrics you’ve tracked (screenshots, exports, etc.)
- Familiarity with engaging short-form video styles (e.g., Cleo Abrams, Kallaway)

- Self-directed, dependable, and responsive with excellent attention to detail
