JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive Social Media Partnerships Support tea ---------- mber to join our growing beauty brand.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and excited to communicate with creators and affiliates daily across multiple platforms and communication channels.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Communicate daily with creators and affiliates
• Follow up regarding posts, content, campaigns, links, and deliverables
• Update and maintain Google Sheets trackers accurately
• Organize creator information, statuses, and internal notes
• Assist with creator coordination and day-to-day operational support
• Learn and navigate new platforms/tools independently
• Troubleshoot basic technical or platform-related issues before escalating when needed
• Confirm important details before responding or stepping into situations
• Support the team with high-volume communication and administrative tasks

• TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing experience
• Experience communicating with creators/influencers
• Customer service or community management experience
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, ---------- or creator platforms/channels

Important
This role involves a high volume of communication, tracking, coordination, and problem-solving, so we’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Previous social media marketing experience is a plus, but not required. We care just as much about attitude, organization, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
