JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Representative to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement strategies. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Management:

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Create visually appealing posts, videos, and stories using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and marketing goals.

2.Audience Engagement:

Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
Foster community engagement by initiating conversations and participating in relevant trends.
Monitor and manage user-generated content to maintain a positive brand image.

3. Campaign Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute social media campaigns that align with broader marketing initiatives.
Identify opportunities for collaborations, influencer partnerships, and sponsored content.
Conduct research to stay updated on emerging social media trends and competitor strategies.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to generate reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

5. Brand Awareness and Growth:

Develop strategies to increase followers and improve audience retention.
Identify target audiences and tailor content to resonate with them.
Utilize paid advertising campaigns to boost visibility and drive traffic.

6. Collaborative Efforts:

Work with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure cohesive messaging.
Assist in brainstorming and idea generation for broader marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Creativity and attention to detail in creating engaging content.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience in paid social media advertising.
Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
