Responsibilities:
• Daily Social Media Posting: Create and post 1 post per platform, once a day, on major social media platforms:
• Spokesperson Videos: Record yourself speaking on camera to introduce content, engage with our audience, and personalize our social media and website. You must be confident on camera, not shy, and speak native-level English with clear pronunciation. Videos should be professional, engaging, and friendly.
• Blog Posting: Write and publish 1 blog post per day on our WordPress website with engaging and SEO-optimized content relevant to our audience.
• Design & Creativity: Use your design skills to create visually appealing and modern posts that align with our brand image.
• Weekly Planning: Submit a content proposal every Friday for the week ahead, outlining post ideas, video topics, visuals, and blog topics.
• Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to grow our online community.
• Reliability & Responsiveness: Be reliable and respond to messages within 24 hours, ensuring consistent communication and support.
• Monitoring: Track and report on engagement metrics weekly to optimize future posts and improve strategy.
• Research Trends: Stay updated on social media and video trends and incorporate them into content.
Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication and pronunciation skills (both written and spoken).
• Confident on camera, not shy, and able to speak native-level English naturally and engagingly.
• Comfortable recording self-spoken videos for social media and website content.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging, eye-catching, and modern content.
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic SEO practices for blogging.
• Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies.
• Reliability: Consistent, prompt communication, including responding to messages within 24 hours.
• Tools: Must have access to Google Chat for team communication.

2. What social media management tools have you used (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.)?
3. Describe a time you successfully increased engagement or follower count for a page or account.
4. How do you handle negative comments or interactions on social media?
5. Are you able to come up with your own scripts and also edit videos for social media and website use?
6. Are you comfortable recording videos of yourself for social media and website content? Please provide a sample if possible.
7. Do you have examples of past social media posts, designs, videos, or blog content? Please share them to help us understand your style and creativity.
8. Are you comfortable having a casual Google Meet video interview as part of the application process?
