Social Media Manager with Sales & Marketing

Social Media Management – Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
Reels & Video Editing – Produce high-quality, engaging video content to boost reach and engagement.
SEO Optimization – Optimize social media and website content for better search visibility.
Brand Awareness & Community Building – Develop strategies to grow brand presence and engage with audiences.

Facebook Group & Community Management – Moderate discussions, foster engagement, and nurture relationships.
CRM & Email Management – Organize client databases, respond to inquiries, and maintain email correspondence.

Email Campaigns & List Building – Plan and execute targeted email marketing strategies.
Corporate Marketing & Networking – Handle B2B outreach, build partnerships, and strengthen business relationships.
Lead Generation & Data Scraping – Identify and collect potential customer data for outreach.
LinkedIn Marketing – Grow brand authority, generate leads, and expand professional networks.
Sales & Negotiation – Drive customer conversions, close deals, and improve revenue growth.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and brand building.
Sales experience with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA) or in a call center setting.
Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Punctual, excellent work ethics.
Medical experience is a plus.

Working Conditions & Requirements
This is a virtual/remote role in a graveyard shift. Expected hours is 20 to 30 hours per week with high potential to be full time. The candidate must have a quiet, professional home office setup and meet the following requirements.
