JOB OVERVIEW

The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming long-form content into engaging multi-platform assets while keeping publishing workflows organized and consistent.

The position supports ongoing podcasts, social media, newsletter, and thought leadership initiatives across multiple brands and channels. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring valuable ideas, interviews, and content pieces are repurposed efficiently and distributed consistently across platforms.

This is a remote, part-time 20 hours per week opportunity working closely with a collaborative team focused on legal industry marketing and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Review podcast transcripts and identify strong ideas, quotes, frameworks, and social content opportunities
- Draft LinkedIn posts, newsletter articles, blog content, and episode recap posts from podcast episodes and clips
- Create captions for short-form video clips and develop carousel outlines or copy drafts
- Build and maintain content calendars while coordinating scheduling and publishing workflows
- Organize content assets and support ongoing content distribution across platforms
- Track basic content performance metrics and identify high-performing posts or clips for additional promotion opportunities
- Assist with paid social support tasks including organizing creative assets, preparing copy variations, and supporting campaign setup under internal direction

Compensation
Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.

Monthly compensation ranges from ?32,000 – ?45,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate’s experience level.

Core Technical Skills Required
- Strong writing and editing skills for social media, newsletters, and blog content
- Experience repurposing long-form content such as podcasts or transcripts into platform-specific assets
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and social publishing workflows
- Experience using content management and collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Notion, Airtable, Canva, Sprout, Buffer, or HubSpot
- Ability to manage content calendars, scheduling workflows, and basic reporting tasks

- Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple content deadlines consistently
