We are currently hiring a Social Media Manager for one of our marketing agency partners. This role is ideal for someone proactive, creative, and ready to take ownership of administrative and social media tasks.

This fully remote role requires a strategic and creative thinker who thrives in a self-directed work environment. You’ll focus on elevating our founder’s personal brand across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok while also managing social media accounts for a few clients. Key Responsibilities
Personal Branding for Founder

Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the founder’s personal brand on platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Create and post high-quality, authentic, and engaging content tailored to the founder’s voice and goals.
Monitor trends and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve and incorporate innovative content strategies.
Foster online engagement by interacting with followers and building strong audience relationships.
Client Social Media Management

Create and manage social media strategies for select clients, aligning content with their goals and target audiences.
Develop content calendars and ensure consistent, on-brand content delivery.
Manage audience engagement by responding to comments and messages on behalf of clients.
Analytics & Strategy

Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure the performance of content for both the founder and clients.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable growth in engagement and followers.
Stay informed on algorithm changes, emerging trends, and platform updates.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in building and managing personal brands.
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Content Creation Skills: Ability to produce compelling videos, graphics, and written content.
Video Editing Tools: Experience with tools like Opus or Veed is a strong plus.
Analytical Mindset: Experience interpreting data and leveraging insights to improve results.
Self-Motivation: Must thrive in a remote work environment, managing time and priorities independently.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
