Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook that align with Upgrade to see actual info’s mission and brand.
- Craft compelling storytelling and strong message hooks to engage and inspire audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven content optimization to maximize reach and impact.
- Maintain an organized content system using Notion, Asana, or cloud storage to streamline workflow and repurpose content effectively.
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and discussions.
- Post consistently across all platforms, including reels, stories, and static posts.
- Manage and clean up follower lists and inboxes to enhance engagement and audience interaction.
- Support chat-based sales strategies to encourage conversions from followers to clients.
- Align content with LeadersAdapt’s business goals to strengthen brand authority and visibility.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and high-impact content.

Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos tailored for each platform.
- Repurpose content across different formats to maximize engagement and reach.
- Enhance videos with captions, effects, and storytelling techniques to drive engagement.
- Produce talking head videos, leadership insights, Q&A sessions, and educational content.
- Ensure all content aligns with LeadersAdapt’s brand identity and platform-specific trends.

Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key metrics, including views, engagement, and follower growth.
- Analyze audience behavior and refine content strategies accordingly.
- Continuously improve engagement and content effectiveness through testing and iteration.

Qualifications
- At least four years of experience as a Social Media Manager and Video Editor.
- Proven success in managing multiple social media accounts and growing online communities.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook algorithms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut.
- Ability to create compelling content that educates, inspires and drives engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with experience using Notion, Asana, or similar tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and Google ad placements is a plus.
