Social Media Manager (Full-Time, Remote – IG, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube + GMB)

About the Role:
We’re scaling hard across multiple platforms, brands, and categories in the wellness space. We’re looking for a daily execution sniper who can drive visibility across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and GMB—while helping direct what our in-house team records.
You’ll run the entire posting machine while also telling us exactly what to film every week.
You don’t just post content—you own our public presence. Your job is to make people stop scrolling and take action.

Your Core Mission:
• Drive traffic, trust, and conversions through daily social content
• Keep every platform firing consistently
• Pull content from in-house recordings, blogs, and promotions
• Guide in-house team on what content to record weekly
• Turn real customer stories into viral, engaging content across platforms

Platforms You’ll Be Managing:
• Instagram
• TikTok
Facebook
• Pinterest
• YouTube Shorts (light edits, post 3–5x/week)
• Google My Business (Prep Only – we post in-house)

Your Weekly Responsibilities:
Daily/Weekly Content:
• Prepare 1–2 posts/day for IG, FB, TikTok (image + caption) and submit to Upgrade to see actual info for review and approval
• Prepare 3–5 YouTube Shorts and Pinterest Pins per week for approval
• Write captions using ChatGPT Pro
• Design all content in Canva Pro templates
• Repurpose blog content, testimonials, FAQ, and promos into social-ready assets
• Submit all posts across platforms to Upgrade to see actual info before publishing until approved for autonomous posting
• Monitor comments, DMs, reviews, and track weekly metrics
Google My Business (Prep Only):
• Draft 1 post/day/location using blog snippets, promos, seasonal content
• Upload copy and images to Upgrade to see actual info for internal team to review/post
Weekly Video Direction (In-House Recording Plan):
• Submit “What to Record This Week” list by every Monday EOD
o 3–5 short video ideas
o Based on trends, offers, reviews, blog content, audience questions
• Coordinate with in-house team to receive raw video assets
• Repurpose content for Reels, Shorts, Pins, and GMB
Weekly Reporting:
• Submit social analytics every Friday
o Growth, Top performing posts, Engagement rate
o Notes on wins, what’s working, what to test next

• Reach or engagement grows 10%/month minimum
• 100% of scheduled posts go live on time
• 100% GMB prep accuracy
